What is a Healing Necklace?
Many of us believe that we have within us the innate ability to heal ourselves and others. Whether or not this ability is assisted by devine spirit is up to the opinion of the individual. It is my belief however, that whether or not this gift comes to us from a divine spirit, that is only part of the equation.
I believe that the intention of the individual to be healed is the most important component, and that the forces within us on a cellular level as well as those powers in the heavens and universe will be attracted to a person with these intentions. Also, when the intentions of others are joined with our intentions, the attraction is magnified.
Humans are and always have been a very symbol - oriented society, using many pictures, forms, colors and words to communicate our intentions and emotions. When these symbols are combined in art, the effect can be very synergystic, allowing for powerful communication on a conscious and subconscious level.
Therefore, I have found that the production and wearing of a beautiful and symbolic piece of jewelry can allow the wearer to more accurately focus his/her intention on the part of their life or body they wish to heal.

To Begin Your Healing Necklace:
This process begins with you, the person for whom the necklace is to be made. In order for me to know what symbols, colors and other things to add to your necklace, I need to know a little about you. Please consider the following, then using the form on the contacts page, send me a short note. We will talk and set up a schedule for your necklace making.
Things to consider:
Birthdate and/or astrological sign
Size of necklace you want
Colors you are drawn to
Animals you seem to have an affinity for
Are there any minerals or stones you especially like?
What health issues do you have?
What are your symptoms?
What are health issues that seem to run in your family?
What are your prominent emotional issues?
How do you feel about these issues?
How do those around you feel about your issues?
What have you done so far to help yourself?
What places and things are most special to you?
Why are these things meaningful to you?
Also, if you have any special pieces of jewelry that are meaningful to you, something from someone you love, or
any kind of object, bead, stone, or piece of shell, etc. that you would like to add to your special necklace, gather these objects and put them in a convenient place and save them for me to include in your necklace. Some or all of them may be incorporated into your personal piece of art.
Know that your privacy and special objects will have my very careful consideration. I will not share your information with anyone and objects not used will be returned to you.
The price of your necklace is negotiable and dependant on how many objects you have, how many things I add, and how much work is to go into it. My prices have ranged from about $25 to over $100.
